Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Wide sliding glass doors frame the sea beyond and lead directly onto the upper balcony terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
A short hallway connects to the spacious shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. The tranquil bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table with stools, and generous wardrobe space.
The comfortable sofa in the living area can be converted into a single bed, making the apartment suitable for a small family with one child. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
Sliding doors open onto a balcony with sweeping views across Kalamar Bay and towards the mountains beside the apartment.

A true highlight of Caretta Mare is its two-level outdoor space.
From the living area balcony, steps lead down to a private lower sun terrace — a secluded and beautifully furnished retreat with comfortable seating, a dining table, a large cantilever parasol, and a sun lounger. Whether enjoying a slow morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, this intimate outdoor setting offers both privacy and stunning views across the bay.
The slightly elevated first-floor position enhances the sense of space and allows for particularly beautiful sea vistas.
Pool & Beach Access
The apartment forms part of a small and intimate seaside complex set just above the water.
Guests enjoy access to a shared swimming pool with easy-entry ladders at both ends. Sun loungers and parasols are generously spaced around the pool terrace, creating a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere overlooking the sea.
The Kulube Hotel Beach Club is directly in front of the property, offering effortless sea access and a stylish setting for swimming and relaxing by the water (entrance fee applies).
Within just a few minutes’ walk, you will also find the Lures Beach Club and the Kalamar Beach Club (entrance fee applies), both known for their sun platforms, crystal-clear sea access, and excellent waterfront dining.

While it is possible to explore much on foot, Kalkan is naturally hilly. For extra comfort, we recommend using a car, scooter, or taxi. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive, making it easy to reach the Old Town, beaches, and surrounding sights.
